At HiDream Pet Essentials we strive to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. Our delivery timescale typically ranges from 4 to 10 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and product availability.

Enjoy Free Delivery on all orders above £80.00.For orders below £80.00, a delivery fee of £3.99 will be applied at checkout.

In the unfortunate event that your product is faulty or lost in transit/not-delivered, we’ve got you covered. We will gladly replace the faulty items free of charge, including delivery, or provide a full refund, which includes return delivery fees where applicable.

If you change your mind or wish to return the item for any other reason apart from a faulty product, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund policy. Please note that in such cases, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee for the return.
